I want to be able to communicate with people about all forms of discrimination and Education in a mature manner! I want to hear and learn about other people life experience and I hope they learn from mine!

      Education is lacking in tons of communities in the U.S. When there are leaks in systems such as education sometimes those stereo types we hear about one race ends up reality because when there are leaks in education people turn to crime/violence. When people have the opportunity to get a reliable and reasonable education, they find themselves in different circle of people allowing them to experience some of the world’s most precious gifts.

      Discrimination is defined as the treatment or consideration of, or making a distinction in favor of or against, a person or thing based on the group, class, or category to which that person or thing belongs rather than on individual merit: racial and religious intolerance and discrimination ( dictionary.com).  But did you know that the EEO has not defined discrimination and whether or not discrimination has occurred is decided by the court of law! First we need an actual definition of discrimination added to the EEO Law; secondly we need to broaden the meaning of discrimination like adding things such as   sexual orientation which most hederal sexual people never really think about.
