Mission Statement

Seventeen Magazine is the one-stop source for fashion, beauty, news, and advice for 13 million readers each month. Seventeen stands by its motto--”It’s fun to be Seventeen!”--in everything it does. And in 2008, it’s fun to be a part of one of the most important Presidential elections in history. Perhaps more than any other election, Seventeen’s readers (and its readers' friends!) have the power to decide who will win the election, and in what direction our country will head for the next four years...and beyond.

Check out Seventeen’s May 2008 issue (on stands now!) for its kickoff election coverage (starring Lauren Conrad, Audrina Patridge, and Whitney Port of MTV’s The Hills, featuring an exclusive American Eagle “VOTE” tee-shirt and details on an exciting video contest sponsored by Seventeen, Declare Yourself, and MTV.
