Music soothes the Savage Beast

I am interested in starting a nonprofit radio station in my small hometown.  I would like the station to be a haven of hope for the youth of a town that is so clearly divided by "the have" and "the have nots".  By giving a voice to the people who have thrown their hands up in defeat is like ringing...
