N.E.D. (No Evidence of Disease) is an extraordinary new band, consisting entirely of musically talented gynecologic cancer surgeons, who have come together to play a mix of original alternative rock and folk-rock songs with the goal of raising awareness about women's cancer issues. The band has teamed up with Motéma to record and promote a CD for release on September 8th, 2009, to coincide with Gynecologic Cancer Awareness Month, and to help publicize the first annual Gynecologic Cancer Awareness Day and Race which takes place on November 8th, 2009 in Washington, D.C.
