I think what Kiva is doing is great. Microfinancing lifts people out of poverty, and empowers them to support themselves by starting their own businesses. Entrepreneurs are an important part of any economy. They provide consumers with choices, create jobs for workers, and are innovators by creating new products and services or improving on existing ones. I am happy to be able to support and encourage entrepreneurship around the world, and highly recommend it to others.
