“The Power of Courage and Conviction: Debate or Commercial?"   Debate (def.)- A discussion in which reasons are advanced for and against some proposition or proposal, a formalized system of logical argumentation, having an argument about something; as defined by Webster's Dictionary. This is definitely not by what was viewed by America on February 21, 2008.  In the days before the debate, the American voter was engulfed in a blaze of media blips and propaganda focusing on unrelated trends, over analyzation of poll results, and disconnection of the vote from the voter. For most it was as if we were watching trailers for the next major Hollywood blockbuster only to be set up for this years major flop. But “hype” is one of the job the media must perform.  Life is a journey that is pre-destined; it has a beginning, climax, and ending.  As we age we enter new chapters discovering our purpose and intent; few individuals master this discovery.
