I was talking to my sister about how no one really speaks about HIV and AIDS on as large a scale as those who speak for gays in this country, and those in othe countries.  No one really talks about how 70 percent of all new cases of HIV and AIDS in this country are Black women and I want to invest time to speak out about that, while still including other demographics affected by the HIV-AIDS epidemic, and not just focus on one group of people.
