"When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro" - Hunter S Thompson
Why I’m Here
We can't afford to ***** up the '08 elections. Seriously. They're going to be big. I'm talking 10 egg omlet big. Maybe even China big. The upcoming elections will be more consequential than those of 2000. We either slam on the brakes, or the car goes over the cliff. And it's not just one issue--or many--that will suffer. It's more than that--it's the opportunity for Our Generation to make a name for ourselves. We can do it by closing the monumental political circle that began in the radical 1960's. So, as they say, Choose or Lose.

Election Night Musings

I'm sitting here, backstage at the Doug Fir, with a strong sense of deja vu--much the same as I felt in Denver after Barack Obama's speech at the Democratic National Convention. It's going to take time for a monumental event like this to set in.
