Mission Statement
UAM uses media as an entrypoint to academic rigor; students engage their inquiry-based high school curriculum and prepare for college through analysis and defense of their academic and media coursework. Our students prepare for college through rigorous intellectual work in cross-disciplinary academic and media courses; through the study and mastery of various forms of media, students become effective communicators, grand orators and gain the analytic skills they need to be informed citizens.
