SPW is an international non-governmental organization (NGO) placing youth at the forefront of change and development. SPW recruits and trains Volunteer Peer Educators, aged 18-28, to lead programs addressing urgent issues in Africa and Asia, including HIV and AIDS, sanitation, and unemployment. SPW USA is also the implementing organization of Dance4Life USA. Dance4Life is an international initiative to help stop the spread of HIV and AIDS in young people through dance and music.
