Mission Statement
The AIDS Awareness Poets Inc.(A.A.P) is an organization designed to educate our community on social issues. HIV is the primary cause; black history being second and all else (voting, domestic abuse...etc) comes after.
We do this by using a mixture of MTV/BET/Pop culture techniques to gain the attention of our targeted audience to inform, infect and affect them with the knowledge of social issues.
