Pink Positive NY is the progressive vision of two young ladies who deeply desire to make a difference in their community. Together they created the New York City based Pink Positive NY. The organization consists of college students raising awareness, in order to make a positive difference in their community. The organization focuses primarily, but not exclusively on women's issues. The members of Pink Positive NY work non-stop to ensure that they keep their focus on the aforementioned issues and withhold their dedication to creating awareness. Pink Positive NY represents unity, femininity, power, success, intelligence, and hope for the future.

Pink Positive NY understands the influence of the entertainment industry on the current generation. Through music and fashion, they are able to create awareness about women's issues among 18-25 year olds. This is what makes them unique among other non-profit organizations. They find it important to use the industry to promote change through creative ideas and events. Pink Positive NY believes that they will achieve their goal one event at a time.
