Mission Statement

Operation USA is a small, innovative humanitarian relief agency based in Los Angeles.  We specialize in providing “Smart Aid”, aid that is sustainable and promotes self-sufficiency to help people rebuild their lives after man-made or natural disasters.  We have worked in 99 countries, delivering over $275 million for relief and development projects, most of which are focused on women and children.   As a privately funded organization, Operation USA is unencumbered by US Government policy directives, allowing for greater access to regions affected by disasters no matter how remote or politically sensitive. We assist communities often ignored by government and larger aid orgainizations.
