Mission Statement

The National Coalition for Homeless Veterans (NCHV) will end homelessness among veterans by shaping public policy, promoting collaboration, and building the capacity of service providers.

NCHV represents a national network of community-based service providers that provide emergency and supportive housing, food, health services, job training and placement assistance, legal aid and case management support for hundreds of thousands of homeless veterans each year.

To prevent and end homelessness, NCHV’s vision is to ensure our nation's veterans have:
         -Access to health care
         -Income security
         -Safe, affordable housing

NCHV is the only national organization specifically dedicated to improving the opportunities for these deserving Americans to regain control of their lives and once again enjoy the freedoms they helped preserve.

As a current homeless veteran I would like to see the following changes implemented on a national scale:

1. if a shelter isn't near ( near can be defined later along with other ambiguities ) a library, it must have at least 1 internet accessable computer;

2. All homeless vets must take a complete psychometric profiling test to figure out learning style, comprehension capabilities, emotional stability, and possible subconscious contradictions.Failure to complete the test is still part of the profiling and will still allow for a number rank of 'useability'. Homeless vets will then be assigned a number value from 1 to 5 giving their 'useability' to society;

3. In order to stay in a homeless vet program, a homeless vet must be involved in a ( preferably THE ) neuropsychophysiological performance enhancement platform. All homeless vets will have their physical health rejuvinated, their physical range of motion rehabilitated, their emotional and intellectual ( native I.Q. only, i.e., what neurocognitive scientists refer to as fluid intelligence, as opposed to crystal intelligence, which is only of what a person knows ) capacities optimized for the professional work environment, and their digestive tract cleansed; 3A. some website links which only hint at what the 21st century can provide us with:

3B. Ignoring some of the applications of the principles, and applying only the latter ( the principles ) can make some of the apparently inappropriate websites above, useful to the survival potential of our society. These websites don't even scratch the surface of what is actually available via the world wide web. I shall not agitate any unit that reports directly to the National Command Authority, or it's hypothetical splinter cells, so I have not put information on here which may compromise national security, or some elite units' human performance platform.

3C. There are tons more to type 'up', but I don't believe that this is the best medium, so I'll end it short and type...goodbye...no...I don't blame...you.

semi-sincerely,
You, Me, and everyone between
