ACTIVISM IS MY PASSION..

I am a film student and spoken word artist and the sole purpose of my work is to inform and encourage positive change. I am African American. I am Christian. I am female. I am lesbian. And I am a resident of Mississippi. Throughout life, I have faced several challenges due to my environment and who I am as a person. These challenges have made me more aware of many underlying issues in society today. I have always been opinionated and observant of life since I was a small child. I love to learn and share my knowledge with others. I love to read and write. My emphasis as an inspirating filmmaker is documentary style work. My poetry is full of life lessons. Cinematic and written art are my forte. I am currently working on my first book.
