I started a petition for every US citizen that files a tax return to receive $25,000 economic stimulus check. I feel that the 850 billion bail out should not go to the banks in hopes that they will start loaning out money and stop foreclosures, but rather the citizens of the united states, regardless of race,creed,religion,sex or Income. All facets of the economy will be stimulated by this stimulus plan. Every US citizen that files a tax return deserves 25k!
