Health GAP (Global Access Project) is a group of US based AIDS activists, academics, and concerned citizens who are dedicated to eliminating barriers to global access to affordable, life sustaining medicines for people living with HIV/AIDS. We engage in groundbreaking policy analysis, advocacy and activism for access to AIDS treatment for all who need it, especially in the countries in the global south most devastated by HIV. Health GAP currently works on campaigns that make strategic advances in the fight against international barriers to equitable access, especially related to intellectual property rights, trade agreements, and for sufficient funding for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
