Ten year old Entito is a Maasai girl living in Kenya. Under her current circumstances, Entito will probably be forced into an arranged marriage at age 13 to a 30 plus year old man, be his second or third wife and bear 7 or more children.

But if Entito finishes high school she will be prepared to select a career and, when she marries, she will most likely be the sole wife of a man she chooses and bear far fewer children. She will have an increased sense of dignity and self esteem and will be more likely to educate her own children, both boys AND girls. Education will allow Entito to improve the standard of living for her family and make a positive impact on the environment.
