The conventional wisdom is that Hillary Clinton is going to rock New York with the power of her popularity...or, at least, that'll she'll end tonight with a respectable and undeniable lead over Obama.
I interviewed a few Obama supporters today (check out the videos) who definitely feel otherwise. But still, don't all supporters "feel otherwise" when faced with a prediction of failure or rejection for their candidate? These young people were idealistic and upbeat, but I have to say, I didn't meet one sign-waver today who WASN'T idealistic and upbeat. The family of pro-life Huckabee Catholics from Long Island were certainly hopeful in the face of predictions that Huckabee would lose by a mile to John McCain.
That said, as of right now, CNN has called West Virginia for Huckabee (they held a Republican caucus today.) Speaking of West Virginia, go check out Griffin McElroy's excellent work over on the WV page.
