to let people know of the injustice that was done in the shooting death of my son and robbery. and to seek help in getting justice for my son. i have started a foundation in his name it is, DAVIS WARNER FOUNDATION FOR THE TRUTH donations can be made at wells fargo bank under the foundation name thank you .  no finger prints were taken of the gun, police did not run the serial number and the case was closed before an autopsy was even done, just to name a few things the police did not do.
