Where is the equal justice under the law!

I went to Jena to find out what was going on, it was the same Good Ol’ Boy Mafia racist that are running Alexandria, Louisiana. I decided I would be able to help the most if I ran for Sheriff of Rapides Parish, which is very close to Jena. I successfully forced Kalb T.V. Channel 5 to have the first televised political forum ever. I brought up very important topics of racism that were going on in our area. Please watch the forum. http://www.kalb.com/index.php/news/article/rapides-parish-sheriff-candidate-q-a/973/

Sheriff Hilton admits on Kalb he subverted the Sheriff race. If anyone can help me bring these men to justice, I’ll stand up for what’s right so help me God. I don’t care what the cost might be.

KALB
Rapides Parish Sheriff Hilton Responds
Hilton: Ronnie Wagner is Chuck Wagner’s brother. He is a Captain in our Detective’s office. Ronnie and I talked early on in this campaign but I’m sure that he is promoting his brother like he should be. I don’t know what hours and times of the day. You know it would be hard for my brother to be running and if I saw somebody I thought he could get a vote from and ask them regardless of what time of the day it was. Whether it was on duty or off.
(Q: Does this mean that during their meeting there was a negotiation that allows Ronnie Wagner to work while on duty for his brother Chuck Wagner? The Sheriff through this quote says that he has no reason to care whether or not Ronnie breaks the law to help Chuck Wagner’s campaign.)
Hilton: Now I was a little disappointed in Herman Walters. I talked to Herman several times about this race. Herman is a nervous type person, he’s scared, he’s paranoid.
(Q: What does he believe Herman has to be nervous and paranoid about?)
Hilton: I met with him one Sunday morning at Leven’s Grocery in Gardener and he told me some things that were totally ridiculous about things he was imagining were happening that wasn’t happening and he was even talking about retiring. I told Herman don’t do that, just stay the course.
(Q: Why did they have to meet at a grocery store? What course had been set between the Wagner’s campaign and Slocum’s campaign through Sheriff Hilton?)
Hilton: Stay with this until this is over with and everything is going to be all right. Just like I told Ronnie Wagner day one.
(Q: Does that sound like people conspiring to break the law to you as well?)
Hilton: I said Ronnie if Chuck prevails Slocum supporters are going to need a job. If Slocum wins Wagner supporters are going to need a job.
(Q: Does this sound as bad to you as it does to me? Sheriff Hilton openly admits that from day one he helped to negotiate terms between the Slocum and the Wagner camp. That they would make a dual campaign working together so that no matter who won the corrupt Sheriff’s department and the men that are protecting it would remain in power and influence together.)

Hilton: If Wagner gets elected he and I are going to sit in a room and we are going to talk about employees and we’re going to talk about positions and we gonna talk about things like that.
(Q: Is this part of the negotiations that Sheriff Hilton stated he and Ronnie Wagner had previously negotiated?)
Hilton: If he comes in there with I’m gonna fire this one, I’m gonna move this one and all, the transition is not going to be as smooth.
(Q: Is this a threat to the Wagner camp to uphold the deal made between them?)
Godard: So the report that individuals have been promised jobs are false?

Hilton: But you don’t get elected without promising jobs. I’m sure Wagner has promised jobs, matter of fact I know some state troopers that he has promised jobs to.
(I don’t think the Sheriff is lying in this statement, but he did say that neither one of them he thinks could be elected without some form of corruption.)
Godard: Are you absolutely certain that in your Sheriff’s department nobody has used the public time to campaign for the Sheriff’s office?
Hilton: I know people who are working for Wagner.
Godard: Do you think they’re using public time to do it? There hasn’t been an internal investigation?
Hilton: I’m not saying that uh, that uh they are not working on public time but I don’t know about it. That they’re not campaigning on public time.
Quote: That uh, that uh says it all. If this is not a statement that screams that there is an external investigation needed then I don’t know what does.)
http://www.kalb.com/index.php/news/article/rapides-parish-sheriff-hilton-responds-to-threat-allegation/1365/
(Q: Where did Chuck Wagner get the finances to run for Sheriff? If it was the Roy family as reported then that could tie the Mayor of the City in with this conspiracy to subvert the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s election.)
Please, help call attention to this injustice. Thank you.

Tremendous Victories for both youth vote and Hillary: Hillary yesterday won the largest states and the most coveted prizes, California and New York. Hillary won red states, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Tennessee, blue states, Massachusetts and New Jersey, and a purple state, Arizona. Hillary won both with and without institutional support, overcoming high-profile endorsements in Massachusetts to pull the upset of the day.

The Bottom Line: "With California cementing a series of wins across the country, Ms. Clinton can claim a slight advantage," writes the Washington Post's editorial board. Hillary continues to lead Sen. Obama in the race for thousands of delegates and superdelegates nationwide.

Youth for Hillary: According to exit polls, Hillary yesterday won 18-29 year olds in California, home to more young adults than any other state. Hillary also won 18-29 year olds in Massachusetts, home to more than 250 college and universities.

One-on-One: Hillary called for weekly debates through March 4th and accepted invitations from CNN, MSNBC, ABC and Fox News to debate Sen. Obama in Ohio, Texas and Washington, DC.

If You Read One Thing Today: "Clinton will try to focus on policy to win voters" from the Gannett News Service. Read more.

Strong in the States: In Texas, former House Speaker Jim Wright and Reps. Gene Green and Solomon Ortiz this week endorsed Hillary. Reps. Green and Ortiz had earlier backed Gov. Bill Richardson's campaign for President. In Ohio, Hillary supporter Gov. Ted Strickland joined President Bill Clinton at a "Solutions for America" rally in Cleveland. In Pennsylvania, Rep. Paul E. Kanjorski endorsed Hillary, joining Gov. Ed Rendell as a campaign supporter.

In Case You Missed It: "Two civil rights leaders -- one a prominent Obama supporter -- have written DNC Chairman Howard Dean to press him to resolve the looming conflict over Florida's and Michigan's role at the Democratic National Convention."
