Prescription drug abuse as an alternative to suicide

I abuse my prescription meds because I am chronically ill and homebound/bedridden. I am alone 24/7 and abusing my meds are all I have that is preventing me from committing suicide.

Pray. Talk to God. Don't just ask for healing, but thank Him for it. This shows confidence that you know He can do what He says He can do. What sounds better, coming to Him, wringing your hands and saying, Well, maybe you could do this if you wanted to; or boldly approaching the throne and saying "By Christ's stripes I have already been healed. I claim it." Then read up on scriptures from the Bible on healing. Speak them out loud. God gave specific power to our spoken words. Imagine how much more they can do when you are speaking holy scriptures!
