Do our parents really know what we want in life? They might know what they want us to want, but only we know who we love, and who we want to be with for the rest of our life.This is not a group that discriminates against eachother, we listen to the problems that we feel inside. Also, this group is to talk a nd discuss and listen to eachother about abusive relationships, and how to deal with things.

i don't think that sometimes parents know what they are talking about or how to take care of things. i think most of the time i think they don't know anything about me or how i want to do things or they know who i love. but i must say that most of the time parents and what they say does help, in most things for me atleast they have been right weather its about boyfriends school or whatever they do know what they are talking about so sometimes you should really consider listening. trust me i put my parents through hell and then in the end they were right. im not taking the parents side but i am saying listen once in awhile sometimes they know what they are talking about. |
