welcome to the first post.

i'm JB, your first host,

with the first dose,

of just what the doctor ordered . . . . some freaky ish.

 

check it:

- more money is spent on schools per pupil (that is how much the goverment spends on each student) in the nation's capital, washington, d.c. than in any other school district, yet d.c. has the poorest schools when it comes to achievement.

HALF OF DC'S STUDENTS DO NOT GRADUATE HIGH SCHOOL!!

 

this is some freaky stuff.

 

i came across this, which reminded me of the problem, and also gave me some ideas about what to do about it. check it out.
