Im going to start a form with information about the H1N1. please note this is information i have found and gathered form very knowledgeable and trust worthy resources.

Also i want other people to contribute to this form of what they have learned/know about H1N1.

Here are some theroies i belive why this is happening.

1) there is an overpopulatoin of people and nature is definatly takeing its corse by ridding the world of many people leaving a few to live. (at random of corse)

2) Because of the economy and its bad state, our governments created this virus to help out the economy. so people will buy more medical aid.

Heres what ive heard:

1) there is 15 or more states closed down because there are so many people who have it.

2) The governments are prepaireing big time for this to go as a full blown out break.

3) hospitals/doctors will not give out H1N1 tests because they want to keep their numbers down.

4) if you have gotten the flu shot last year it will NOT increase your chances to this virus.

Saroin, it's not a virus that sprung up due to overpopulation and therefore it's nature's revenge on our species. I was watching CNN on Thursday around my lunch time and they had this smart guy that studies outbreaks on television. He was saying that people born before 1960 may (that doesn't mean he's right) have a natural immunity to swine flu. If he's right, this may be just something about genetics. If our populations haven't had to deal with swine flu for a long time, some of us may have lost that natural immunity.

As for the national emergency that's been declared, all that has done is just move emergency rooms away from non-infected people so those who are infected can get treatment. So how many people have died from swine flu? According to latest news reports found on the Drudge Report, it looks like 1000 people in the U.S. (including 100 children). To put this in perspective: 30,000 people die every year from the regular flu. The at-risk groups are the elderly and children - I made sure my mom got vaccinated.

I'm not trying to cause panic here. This is a flu, folks. I'm sure plenty of you have had the flu before, and yes, it sucks. Hospital treatment will just make your symptoms milder, you'll get better faster, and reduce your risk of complications (which can be fatal to people who are at-risk).

The reason why these people have an immunity to the swine flu, is that before around the 1940s to later 1950's there was an outbreak similar to this and they were given vacines that they think could help if you have gotten that vaccine.

i reallyyy dont think ill be getting the "swine flu" shot for this. beucase well.. i just dont see why i should.

You and me both. I'm not getting vaccinated either, but I made sure my folks got it.

my friend got it, and apperently its killing more people than it is helping. werid huh ?
and they didnt even test the shot long enough, so you have no idea what the long term effects are.
