I might as well make a prediction of my own: Ah, yes. The year 2012 will be like another Age of Aquarius thing the hippies dreamed up. They thought there would be no more wars, peace would consume the world, people will be more in touch with nature, and yes, this was all due to an energy shift. You're not the only one in history that thought a certain time period would trigger a so-called "energy shift" (whatever that means). So I predict that there won't be an "energy shift" - and wars will continue (as they have, non-stop since WWII) and people will continue to treat one another as they have in the past.

People were scared of the year 1984 because of Orwell's book "1984."

People thought the world was going to end at "Y2K."

Some people think the world is going to end in 2012 because of the whole Mayan or Aztec Calendar-thing (I can never remember which one has the calendar).

what an energy shift is, is that the energy is shifting, its moving. it changes people mood and attitude due to it interfeirs with our energy.

why are you so doubtful? do you not want there to be peace ? yes there have beeen major energy shifts in the past, expecaily this year there have been a lot of energy shifts. but this one is going to top it all off. thus there will be a major change in peoples attitudes and how they feel towards certain things.

Riddle me this, saroin: How do you measure this energy shift, and how do you know that there will be an energy shift specifically in 2012? When you say that "this year there have been a lot of energy shifts" it only follows that there will be many so-called "energy shifts" in 2009, 2010, and 2011 as well - which isn't really a prediction at all. That's like saying "mark my words, there will be many different types of weather phenomenon in 2012." Hey, do you classify weather phenomenon as an "energy shift," saroin? If so, I just predicted an energy shift. Whoduhthunkit?

That sounds nice.To bad it's not true.Jesus said even he didn't know when the second comming of Christ would be.But it says in the bible one day our wepons of war will be turned into farming tools.So some day what you say will happen but you just don't have the answer as to when.It was a lovely dream though.
