Joey is another strong supporter of the environmentally friendly toilets in the house.  It flicked a switch in his head and he suddenly realized how much toilet paper is used everyday. According to him and others in the house, the use of having to cleanse themselves without paper was rather refreshing.  :-) 

After having experienced living in a green house, Joey has become more aware of the environment and is pro actively taking steps to do his part.  He uses Chico bags while shopping, instead of plastic.  "At the same time it's saving paper and helps you manage your finances since you're prone to keeping your receipts."

What else stuck to Joey?  Turning off lights when he leaves the room, unplugging cell phone chargers, recycling, and enjoying the weather more by conveniently riding his bike or walking toward his next destination. He maintains that " you can have a totally cool and hip looking house, while still saving the environment."
