Kimberly shares her thoughts on the Environment
Posted April 16, 2008 at 12:45 PM

From biodegradable cleaning supplies and body wash, to decorating with recycled material,  and turning off the water while she brushes her teeth, Kimberly is constantly coming up with ways to become less dependent on energy consumption.

Kimberly points out that being environmentally friendly can even help your love life.  Instead of turning on the heater, who wouldn't enjoy cuddling up with that certain someone and turning up your own heat?

Awesome Kim! It's great that you can take advantage of recycling machines and you seperate cans, plastic and trash. Some places even go the extra step of seperating paper! That way all your copies of In Touch can reincarnate into an issue of Lucky magazine. The earth will thank you.

Phrases such as "third world" in reference to countries can make them seem like they are lands from another planet. Coincidentally, "aliens" is the term used to describe many of the humans inhabiting these countries.   For shame, media.  Is this not an era of political correct-ness, loving thy neighbor, & technology so amazing that people can see beyond visions of the past?  This is not simple rhetoric & semantics.   It is about addiction to drugs, wealth, war, perception, pride, and distraction from this as a reality

All of you can help to rehabilitate society from our collective addictions.  Sometimes ignorance is bliss, but bliss via ignorance is a tool that is enabling atrocities everywhere, at any given time.
