Well, the “Support the Troops” stickers and signs are good for morale and a great start, but in addition perhaps they can do some of the following: For the troops serving abroad, you can send them items they need that we take for granted here everyday such as socks, foot powder, toilet paper, baby wipes, tuna, beef jerky, phone cards, and REAL letters of support and hope. 

 

 

Most importantly, if you see a soldier, smile and say thank you. It goes a long way.  Just don’t ignore us.
