What about the current Bush and Congress's Open Borders Policy. They cannot be worried about terrorism! It is part of a Broader Agenda to Create the North American Community or North American Union and it is on Schedule. Planned for completion in 2010 it is the Elites biggest obsticle in taking the sovereignty of the United States.
