My name is Obed Gonzalez, 20, and live in Phoenix, AZ. For the past few months I have noticed a lot of harassment by Sheriff Joe Arpaio towards the Hispanic community here. This inspired some friends and I to create a short film and a song for FYI to show America that not all Hispanics are criminals, that we most of us want to make an honest living no matter how hard it gets, and to show our struggle. I am currently attending Phoenix Community College but soon want to start film school.
