I'm Adrian Medina ,18, and I live in Winter Park, FL. I am a senior at Winter Park High School. I made this film to expose the shocking taser abuse by North American law enforcement. I really believe the police need to practice great restraint when using this weapon. Getting tasered is not a laughing matter; it causes excruciating pain to the recipient.
