The Senate Committee on Millennium Development Goals recently visited the Pampaida Millennium Village and announced that we CAN achieve the MDGs by 2015!

The concept of the Millennium Villages Project (MVP) of which Pampaida is one, is an integrated development initiative that is showing the world that by empowering rural communities with quality information, basic necessities and adequate resources, people in the poorest regions of rural Africa can lift themselves out of extreme poverty in five years time.
