Discussion: How do you like to be thanked?

What has been the best way that you have been recognized for your efforts? Was it a simple 'thank you' or was it an elaborate award ceremony? What has been the most meaningful? If you were to find out that you were set to recieve some form of appreciation, what would you prefer?

The Award has no meaning becuase the people do not know about it.
We doing good because our heart told us to do so.

If only people know about it, then it is worthy to earn the Award.

There is nothing more reward then to have the people seeing about the your Award for what ever you do.

Things are happend for a reasons, sometime we do not know for what reasons or why thing are happenning, and sometime we do know.

Sometime we know immediately why and how it happend, sometime it take forever to know.

I believe things are happening so people can see and learn from it.

It could be good thing or bad thing that are happening.
