Angela Joseph and her brother Warren came to the U.S from Trinidad with greencards. Warren served in the US military for eight years and returned with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. He turned to crime and after serving six months jail time, immigration refused to release him because he was not a U.S citizen. He sat in detention for almost three years and was just released.
