Let's Talk About Sex
Posted May 20, 2008 at 8:30 AM

According to South Dakota's state health experts, girls in the state are more sexually active than the national average. They say this might also help explain why the rate of STD's among girls is so high in the state. South Dakota has no requirements for sex education, contraceptive education that is. This makes it hard for young people to get access to contraceptive's, which might contribute to its rate of STD's.
