Far too many of us take our right to vote for granted and some of us don’t even care to exercise that right at all. But the citizens of the U.S. Virgin Islands, a United States territory, don’t have that option. On a recent trip to St. Croix, I wanted to find out if election fever had caught on despite their lack of a vote in November.
