Not all of Minnesota's precincts have reported in yet, but CNN has declared Obama the Democratic winner, and Romney the Republican winner. I spent the day at the University of Minnesota where talk centered around the caucuses. Students patiently waited in long lines at the Democratic and Republican caucuses on campus. All of the students I spoke to told me this was their first time caucusing and were excited to have their voice heard. If the massive student turnout at the University of Minnesota is any indication, I wouldn't be surprised if this caucus sets new records for young voter turnout. I'll keep you posted!
