VIDEO:  Save Trestles

When I think of Southern California two things come to mind, Surfing and traffic. At the intersection of these is the San Onofre State Park, one of the world's best surfing beaches and the proposed 241 toll road. At the center of this debate are young people. Making the call for action, democracy and protection of wild and open spaces. One of the thousands of people that have been involved in fighting the destruction of San Onofre State Park is Marty Benson.

Save Trestles.. One of the greatest place to see in Southern California. Why destroy a perfect place with great surf, a city, environment, historical burials, and camp sites. I've lived near trestles all my life and I love it. The toll road will do nothing with helping with traffic but created more traffic and more housing. Please help by checking out Surfrider Foundation, Save Trestles, and Surfline. Please help protect our coast from greed, pollution, and mainly destruction of great area to see. Thank You!!!!

Wow, great job on this piece. These are the kinds of issues that most people never hear about outside of the immediate region - kudos to you for covering it so thoroughly!
