VIDEO:  Wounded and Willing

Dane Severinson, 23, was deployed to Sadr City in April. On July 18, his convoy was struck down by an explosively formed projectile. Shrapnel from the blast tore through Severinson's leg, dislodging his tibula and breaking his fibula. Today, Severinson is back home in North Dakota and he's hoping that he'll be able to return to Iraq soon. He said he still has a job to do, even though it will be months before his foot and leg are fully healed.
