Each year, hundreds of Native Americans come together for the International Powwow, a three-day celebration of American Indian culture and tradition, held at United Tribes Technical College in Bismarck, ND.
The Powwow is also an outlet for attendees to talk about the problems plaguing their communities and reservations, such as education, health care, substance abuse, and law enforcement on reservations.
