On March 10, Barack Obama's nationwide Vote for Change voter registration came to Fargo, ND. Rallies were held in 100 cities across the country, in an attempt to register voters in every state. In North Dakota, the only state where voters don't need to register, Obama supporters were hoping to organize volunteers for future campaigning.
