I followed Obama's PA Latino Vote Director to a party at the home of Angel Ortiz -- a former Philadelphia City Councilman. The gathering featured a performance by Puerto Rican entertainer Silverio Pérez and attracted many prominent members of Pennsylvania's Latino community. I asked some of them to share their thoughts on the importance of the Latino presence both in both Pennsylvania politics and the voting booth.
