Meet DNC delegate Tony Payton, Jr. who, at 27, is the youngest member of the Pennsylvania legislature and president of the Pennsylvania Young Democrats. In less than two years in office, the West Oak Lane-born athlete-turned-public servant has already introduced 15 bills, passed two, and has currently proposed a bill that helps young Pennsylvanians pay for college. On top of all this, Payton is still working on completing his own college degree.
