Emily Rushton is a 24-year-old delegate from Utah to the Democratic National Convention. Since members of her family have both Democratic and Republican leanings, she says she comes from a "purple" family. On the weekends, the one-time Republican can be found helping out on her family's truck farm and campaigning for local Democratic candidates.
