As the convention is literally hours away, I am experiencing what could be called "convention jitters".  It is a feeling of excitement, astonishment, and a little anxiety.  I will be bringing you LIVE coverage from the Democratic Convention floor, so you too can understand exactly what the convention experience is like from a unique participant view.  Along with other Street Teamers, I will be looking for unique aspects of the convention to share with all of you.

     As I pack, I wonder who I will meet.  I have already met a few young delegates from my state, but also want to see what other youth delegates from around the country think of the election thus far.  I not only want to discuss shared ideas about the election, but also discuss differences.  Like me, this is a first experience of any convention for many of you as well.  

       I also feel that young people truly have a voice in this election, and it is being represented by these delegates at the convention.  The represent you, me, and our friends.  This is definately our time to shine, and I am honored to be sharing it with you.
