Just 4 days before he was elected the first US Vice President from Delaware, Joe Biden returned to his alma mater, the University of Delaware - and was once again the big man on campus. Hundreds of students turned out to see Biden this Halloween morning - and were "treated" to both the Senator's plans for the future, as well as his past memories from UD, a place he says "literally shaped me."
