VIDEO:  Bluewater is the New Green

Bluewater Wind has proposed the construction of a 150-turbine wind farm off the coast of Rehoboth Beach in Delaware. If the Delaware General Assembly approves their power purchase agreement, Bluewater will enter into a 25-year contract with Delmarva Power, creating the first offshore wind farm in the country. Delmarva Power is concerned that the project will cost their customers extra green. But others feel that Bluewater will create stable energy prices- and a different kind of green.
