Allah is not the God of the Bible. Muslims do not worship the same God as Christians, consider the fact they do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as God. Christians believe in the Triune God Father Son and Holy Spirit. You can water down the Koran and Muslim beliefs but please don't water down Orthodox Christian beliefs. Call me a religious crazy, I've got a name for it too, Jesus Freak. Jesus said "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." (John 14:6) I don't believe being a Muslim makes you a terrorist. I do believe that Islam can be a violent religion (just ask the Christians in the Middle East who face daily violent persecution for their faith). I don't believe all religion are equal, there cannot be more than one truth, especially when they contradict each other. I believe in the freedom of religion and that everyone has the right to believe what they want without the government telling people what to believe. I hope this is helpful please research Islam and Christianity. Find the Truth. I am not attacking Muslims or any people because of their religious beliefs. I believe in the unconditional love of God and Jesus Christ's sacrifice to save people from sin. I only want to spread His love through truth and love.

I respect the fact that you realize that being a Muslim doesn't make you a terrorist. That in and of itself is a very good thing; there are some rather vocal folks who believe otherwise. I don't think that Islam is a "violent religion." I believe that people can be violent and use their religion to justify their violence and thirst for power or vengeance (i.e., the Palestinian Muslim man who shot up a Jerusalem seminary Thursday night). But Christians can be violent as well (think of the Muslims persecuted, tortured, and killed during the Crusades. Think of the Spanish Inquisition. Think of the churchgoing Christians who turned their backs on their persecuted and "disappeared" neighbors during the Holocaust in Poland, Germany, Austria, and elsewhere in Europe.)

And Dean makes a valid and correct observation when he states that the God of the Bible--meaning the Old Testament or Torah--is the same as the Allah of Islam, although some of the stories vary. You're certainly correct in that Muslims don't see Jesus Christ as the one and only son of God come to save them from sin.

In summary, know that I'm not attacking you, and I don't think you're a "religious crazy." I'm glad you shared your views here. Thank you, and keep watching!
