With the tightening credit markets around the nation, I wanted to find out how it was affecting a regular businessman in small Moscow, Idaho. So I went to an old employer of mine, Dale Keeney, who owns Keeney Bros Music Centers in Moscow and Lewiston, Idaho. So far his interest rates have skyrocketed, without any blunders on his behalf, and this holiday shopping season may decide the future of his 30-year-old company, a staple of the Moscow community.
